Delete your 5dive account

In the 5dive app

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, at the bottom.
3. Type DELETE and tap Request deletion.

On the web

1. Sign in at my.5dive.ai.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and tap Request deletion.

What happens

• Billing stops.
• Your server and all your agents are removed, with their chats and files.
• Your account, name and email are deleted.
• We email you when it is done.

What we keep

• Tax records, for as long as the law requires (up to seven years).
• Backup copies, until they expire and are erased.

Can't sign in?

Email privacy@5dive.com from your account's email address, and we will delete it for you.
